Return all unwanted items within 14 days of receipt

Damaged/seconds and underwear are non-returnable
Items returned after 14 days will not be refunded or returned to the customer
Customers are liable for return postage cost
A £5 restock fee will be deducted from every subsequent refund parcel for customers returning on 10 occasions within a 12 month period.
Items must be unworn; as new, and with tags attached if applicable. Items will be returned to the customer without a refund and at the customers expense, if these conditions are not met ie damaged or worn items.
Please fasten zips and buttons and return in the same folded condition as received
If an item you received is faulty, please contact us by email in the first instance as you may not be required to send it back. If faulty items are returned without notice, the customer is liable for postage charges.
Refund will be to the payment method of purchase and will appear as London Glamour Garden or LGG.
Separate email notification will NOT be made, so please check your bank or PayPal account.
Please allow 7 working days for payment to reach your bank account.
During Christmas and holiday season, please allow 14 clear days for refunds to be processed.
If your refund hasn’t been deposited in you payment method after 7 full working days, please obtain proof of delivery before contacting us
