If you need to return an item please do so within 14 days of delivery, in its original condition, unworn and with labels attached, for a refund of the cost of the items. We do not offer exchanges. Customers are liable for all postage costs.
Measurements and size advice is given as an approximate guide and customers order at their own risk should the item measure slightly differently to listed. Please ask for individual and precise garment measurements first before ordering.
If an item is faulty, please contact us with photos of the item, unworn and with labels attached to arrange a refund or replacement. Please wait for us to send you a return postage label as you may not have to return damaged items and you will have to pay return postage costs if you haven’t checked.
Please note, our clothing will have the label cut for resale as London Glamour Garden does not pretend to be any of the high street retailers for whom the clothing is manufactured.
